CID finds out that arms are being smuggled into the country. Meanwhile Abhijeet is trying to prove his innocence by investigating himself as to who shot Daya. He reaches the loction where he and Daya were drugged and held captive only too be arrested and brought back to the bureau. The cops get a phone call from Daya who tells them that Abhijeet had not shot him...... it was ACP himself.
