Dr Karna, a gynaecologist, encounters a pregnant woman trapped in an ambulance amidst heavy traffic. As he performs a risky procedure to deliver the baby, the media broadcasts the scene live.

Episode 1

Ramesh smashes the television when Karna takes his name in an interview and then reminds him of a binding contract between them. Later, a task assigned to Karna by Sumathi angers Mahalakshmi.

Episode 2

Mahalakshmi meets her friend Shanthi. Nithya rejoices at her lover Tejas's surprise. Karna defies Nayanatara’s orders to help an auto driver’s wife deliver her baby, abandoning a rich man’s case.

Episode 3

While busy with an operation, Karna guides Karthik with his operation. Nidhi is mesmerised when Karna thanks her. Later, Nithya confides in Shanthi about her love for Tejas and her wish to marry him.

Episode 4

Karna is shocked when Mahalakshmi invites a prospective bride home. Tejas visits Nithya’s house to impress Shanthi. Nithya brings her friend to Karna’s hospital for an abortion and argues with him.

Episode 5

Karna visits Nithya’s house, leaving her annoyed while Nidhi is elated. Nithya bristles when Karna refuses to confront a goon at the market. Nayanatara exploits a moment to push for a doctors’ strike.

Episode 6

Nithya and the others meet a wedding planner, whose praise for Karna surprises her. Karna fights off the goons who stop him from rushing to the hospital and Nidhi later helps him with a critical case.

Episode 7

Karna thanks Nidhi for her help and while dropping her home, she stuns him by confessing her love. Later, Nidhi and others raise their voices against Sanjay’s altered attendance at the college.

Episode 8

Sanjay tampers with an injection, which Nidhi gives to a patient, causing her condition to worsen. As Nayanatara rusticates Nidhi, a furious Nithya confronts Nayanatara and Karna over the decision.

Episode 9

Nayanatara is stunned when Karna presents proof of Nidhi’s innocence and Sanjay’s crime. Ramesh punishes Karna over Sanjay by making him stand outside the house, where he gets drenched in the rain.

Episode 10

Nithya badmouths Karna over the wedding planner’s designs. Elsewhere, Mahalakshmi brings a drenched Karna home and argues with Ramesh, who orders Karna to fall at Sanjay's feet and apologise.

Episode 11

While cooking for Karna at the hospital, Nidhi finds the spoiled ingredients. She leads Karna to the source, where he fights the goons, and their revelation about the culprit leaves him stunned.

Episode 12

Nayanatara saves herself from scandal before Karna, who thanks Nidhi for exposing the scam. Nithya and Nidhi meet Karna and Tejas at a restaurant, where Nidhi and Karna are mistaken for a couple.

Episode 13

On Sanjay’s orders, his friend pushes Nidhi into the swimming pool and Karna dives in to save her. A photo of him giving her CPR enrages Ramesh, who comes up with a way to punish Karna for his action.

Episode 14

Ramesh punishes Karna over a video, and Nidhi’s call to him only annoys Ramesh further. Karna avoids joining Nidhi for shopping and ignores her calls. Nithya, Tejas and Nidhi head out for shopping.

Episode 15

Ramesh keeps Karna busy with tasks to stop him from joining Nidhi’s shopping trip. To create trouble, Nayanatara takes Karna to Nidhi’s location, and Nidhi teasingly flusters him during the shopping.

Episode 16

Ramesh misses seeing Karna with Nidhi. At the hospital, Nidhi-Karna are shocked to see posters twisting the CPR incident and Nayanatara insults Nidhi. Nithya too is stunned when she spots the posters.

Episode 17

Nidhi clears the misunderstanding caused by the posters. Ramesh later meets her, wounds her with his words and orders her to stay away from Karna. Nidhi is then asked to join Karna on a shopping trip.
